STRUCTURE

  • Plastered finish with ready mix concrete roof slab

FLOORING

  • Vitrified tile flooring for all the rooms.

WATER PROOFING & PEST CONTROL

  • Chemical water proofing for all toilets sunken portion, water tank and terrace haunch portion.
  • Anti termite control treatment in three stages, at foundation level, basement level and periphery of building at the finished stage by Government approved consultancy.

LIFT
